We are looking for 10 blog comments through the course of the semester:

1. Comments on the 5 weekly discussion posts by the instructors. We’ll post on a new topic for discussion by Friday, and you should leave a comment on post by Tuesday at classtime. This is due every Tuesday.
2. Comments on the 5 weekly counterpoint posts by the instructors. We’ll post something by Tuesday, and you should leave a comment on the post by Thursday at classtime. This is due every Thursday.

These blog comments are worth 10 total points of your final grade. We are looking for comments that:

• Show that you have engaged in the content
• Demonstrate that you are thinking about the issue
• Add something to the discussion.

These comments do not need to be very long, but should be long enough to engage with the content. We’ll post grades for them as soon as we see them and you should be able to get a feel for what we are looking for from your first grade and from our replies to you.
