- Charles went the extra mile to rebox large heavy boxes of personal papers that had come in into smaller more manageable boxes. He and a student also went to the trouble to bring them up to the sixth floor for us. Charles thoughtfully made sure there was information about the donor in each new box so there would be no mix up.
